PreWriting is the most important stage of the writing process. Using charts throughout the writing process keeps the flow of information and ideas in an organized manner.



Ways to PreWrite: Preview various prewriting styles: list, mind map or bubble cluster, formal outline, freewrite. Experiment with the different methods to determine what works best!
