Individual Career & Academic Plan (ICAP)

What is an Individual Career and Academic Plan (ICAP)?

The ICAP is a multi-year process that guides students in the exploration of career, academic and postsecondary opportunities. Students begin by asking, “Who am I? Where am I going? How do I get there?” The purpose is to assist students in the development of self awareness and build the skills needed to create their own meaningful roadmap to be career and college ready. ICAP information is saved in Naviance.

Elementary: Emphasis on self-discovery  & exploration of strengths.
