CP English: Semester Portfolio Requirements

  1. Weekly participation in online advisory hour:

Grade 9: Fridays, 9-10am

Grades 10-12: Fridays, 10-11am

  1. One literary analysis paper: short story
  2. One literary analysis paper: novel
  3. One journalism article (and participation in online debate)
  4. One research paper (taken from any course or discipline, or Clear Writing for Freshmen ONLY)
  5. One additional paper: cause/effect, compare/contrast, autobiographical incident/narrative, creative writing/script, how-to/process, college application essay, journalism article, literary analysis, poetry
