Elizabeth has worked at Pathways Charter School for the past 8 years as the Student Services Coordinator overseeing the Special Education Department, students with 504's, student study teams and the CELDT program. She is also a reading specialist which allows her to provide either direct support or assessment and consultation to struggling readers. Prior to being in administration she worked as a special education teacher in Texas, California and Montana while living on the Salish and Kootenai Reservation. She holds a B.S. in both Elementary Education and Special Education from Texas A&M University and she also completed a Master's Degree in Special Education from National University in San Diego, CA.
Elizabeth's son graduated from Pathways Charter School in 2015 and is now taking a gap year exploring the world as a professional rock climber. She and her husband enjoy spending as much time outdoors as possible hiking, camping or traveling.
